Frequently Asked Questions

What is onboarding process?

There are thee three steps to becoming a ProlificBanana client:

  1. Fill out my questionnaire here.
  2. If it looks like a good fit “on paper,” I will schedule a call with you to talk more in-depth about your business and project. Generally speaking, a proposal will be sent after the initial call.
  3. I will send an invoice and contract. Once those are taken care of, I’ll schedule a call to do a deep-dive discovery session.

When can we start?

My on-going clients are my top priority. I typically have room for 2-3 new clients per month. Please reach out to me at least one week before you need to being your project.

If you need your project done ASAP, I may be able to fit you in – but a rush fee will be included in the rate.

What does your process look like for branding and web design?

It’s important to have a clear process for each project. This allows things to go smoothly and efficiently.

How much do you charge?

I charge project rates and will customize a proposal to meet your specific needs (unless it’s for the small business website plan). Variables that impact pricing included desired turnaround time, scope of the project, and complexity of the project.

I only work on projects that can help you grow your business, which often means that the work is time-intensive (research, communication, revisions), so I do have a minimum of $2500 for most projects.

How do I pay you?

I accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, or if you’re local, cash or check is accepted. If you are not local but would still like to send a check, project will not begin until the check has been cleared.
